Whether it is Buyer, Seller, New Construction, Property Preservation, 1-Year builder Warranty Inspections Tracker Home Inspections will provide you with a report that is organized, easy to follow and include photos. It is not required, but we DO ENCOURAGE you to be present for at least the last hour of the inspection. This will give you the opportunity to ask questions or address concerns should you have any. If however you can not be present, our staff will be available at any time to answer any questions you may have

We offer a “NO FEE” return visit. If OUR Home Inspector notes a problem and it is fixed we will gladly return to the home and verify it is notably satisfied at no additional cost for the visit.
